Dragonfly Poem

Dancing in the air.
Riding on the wind.
Apple for a snack.
Going round and round.
On a trip we go.
Not gonna slow down.
Flying fast as lighting.
Longer than a stick
Yelling out to friends.

Teachers On the GO

Cautiously I crept towards the door of our tent and slowly unzipped a tiny hole at the bottom. My heart beating like a drum. Just as I was about to crawl out I hear mumbling. Two teachers with flashlights as bright as the stars in the pitch black night , as they walked  past talking about someone's shelter blowing down in the rushing wind. At that very moment I'm thinking

OH NO I’M DOOMED

Suddenly I hear a snap, loudly they hurried to the tent next to us. Phew that was close.

The three kete

This legend is about a god called Tane and he climbs his brothers winds and  his other brother  called Whero sent an army of owls and bats .Tawhitemate  blew them away then he made it to the  god of  kindness and he climbed back down  but Whero was waiting for him and they had  a battle  and Tane won when he made it back down he put the baskets  in the house of learning.  

My Holiday Moment

My highlight moment in the holidays is that I went to inflatable world with my mum dad sisters brother uncle auntys and some of my cosins . My favourite bit was that there was a cliff and you had to do some rock climbing to get to the top and then you jump off on to an inflatable target
